In the middle of Region Veneto, discover the olive and wine excellences of the Euganean Hills. For some time now, vines and olive trees have been cultivated in our territory, from these products true delights are produced: the wine and olive oil of the Euganean Hills. Olive oil is certainly a source of pride in this area: we will visit an olive oil mill, where the producers will show us the art of olive oil production, and will guide us during the tasting of the final product. We have then chosen for you, one of the best wineries in this area, where after a visit to the cellar, you will taste the typical wines of the Euganean Hills.

Castello del Catajo (Pass By)

Castello del Catajo is a patrician rural palace near the town of Battaglia Terme. It had its origins in a simple villa that was rebuilt and extravagantly enlarged in the manner of a feudal castle from 1570 onwards by Marquess Pio Enea I degli Obizzi, a member of an Italian noble family of French origin. No stops.
Borgo Fluviale di Battaglia Terme (Pass By)

Battaglia lies at the easternmost edge of the volcanic Euganean Hills. The construction of the navigable Battaglia canal in the early 13th century brought traffic and growth to the town which commanded a central position at the confluence of several canals in the network of barge traffic that linked Este and Padua, the Adriatic, the Lagoon of Venice and the north by means of the Brenta Canal, the canalized Bacchiglione and the Adige.
Garden of Villa Barbarigo (Pass By)

Known as one of the most beautiful garden of Italy, the Garden of Valsanzibio is famous now all over the world.The Garden is located in Galzignano Terme, a little town in the heart of Euganean Hills. This area, since the beginning of the XIVth century, was preferred by the Venetian Nobility as perfect location for their wonderful Ville Venete: it was a symbol of the economic power and, at the same time, oasis of peace and tranquilly. No stops.

The Euganean Hills are a group of hills of volcanic origin that rise to heights of 300 to 600 m from the Padovan-Venetian plain a few km south of Venice.

Our guide, Martina, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed the views as well as the wine and olive oil products. And Martina also shared other recommendations about the Euganean Hills and nearby towns for our stay. We would definitely book a tour with her again!

Really interesting and perfectly paced for a morning of olive oil tasting and learning and then wine tasting and tour. Martina was great and both hosts delightful - came away with several Bottles!

We had an excellent guide Chiara ! So warm and also very informative about the region . The wine tasting with Andrea at quota 101 was fantastico and the wines were very good and all with complexity of flavor . Andrea was terrific at describing the wine characteristics and process of winemaking, and was also an incredible person!

Our guide Chiara was excellant, very personable and friendly. She provided a lovely chilled pace throughout the tour. At both stops, olive oil and wine, the owners were kind and welcoming. The couple at the winery were great hosts and provided a lovely lunch. And we were pleasantly surprised that there were at least 6 different wines to taste. A must do tour!
