This is a Off-Road Tour to the west side of the island of SĂŁo Miguel. On this tour you will have the unique opportunity to go literally on the "Rim of the Volcano" through the fun off-road path of Caminho da Cumeeira where one of the highlights is the stoppage at Pico da Cruz, a high point where you will have panoramic views above the wonderful crater and of several lakes of Sete Cidades. You will also have the opportunity to visit the picturesque & rural parish of Sete Cidades, the Twin Lakes, the tunnel, the arches bridge and the Neogothic style church of SĂŁo Nicolau. Throughout the tour you will have also the chance to appreciate several other scenic views such as Pico do CarvĂŁo viewpoint, "Nove Janelas" wall, Cumeeiras lookout, Cerrado das Freiras viewpoint & many others with photo stops. This is a jeep tour that offers better and panoramic views. We will use alternative roads and show the best locations and hidden spots, which makes of it a unique and memorable experience.
