1. Cabo Girao At 580 meters high Cabo Girão is the tallest in Europe. 15 minutes

2. Camara De Lobos It is a fishing village surrounded by a bay colored by small fishing boats. 30 minutes

3. Ribeira Brava The city of Ribeira Brava is located in the deepest valley of Madeira. 30 minutes

4. Sao Vicente Visit the São Vicente Mother Church or sit on one of the terraces of its narrow streets. 40 minutes

Absolutely brilliant and Henry our guide was superb. Very scenic and informative. Excellent value. I was going to hire a car but I’m so glad I didn’t.

Although our tour did not depart until 10.15 am we experienced an really full itinerary. Our guide Hugo was absolutely wonderful and allowed us to set our own pace as we were the only two on the trip. We visited all the places you expect to see on western Madeira but with the added pleasure of local information our guide provided. we were also lucky with the weather and although changeable we seemed to arrive at the best sites when the sun was out. thanks I think to Hugo. our next trip to Madeira will include another day out but to the East. Thanks Hugo.

Unfortunately the day we went on this trip was very wet however thanks to our driver Hector we still really enjoyed it. Hector was amusing and informative about the island having lived there all his life. The lunch was delicious.
