If you need a day out of the city, we recommend this day trip. It makes for a very long day but worth it. The waterfalls were incredible. Depending on the time of year that you go the water will be lower or higher. You absolutely will need good shoes to hike to the different spots of the waterfalls. It does not meet ADA. Some of the areas are tricky to traverse. But absolutely worth it. The elephant experience is very neat. Keep your wet swimsuits on from the waterfalls for the elephant activity. You will have a shower and time to change after. If you like history, the two rail spots are heartbreaking. This is a very nice way to see other parts of Thailand and still stay in Bangkok.

Our family of 3 had a very lovely day on this trip with Rung. The transport is very, very comfortable so although there’s a lot of driving, it didn’t feel like it. The Erawan Waterfall is one of the best waterfalls / natural places to swim we’ve been to. And the Elephants were incredibly fun. We’d definitely recommend!

This is a must do, the waterfalls are amazing and swimming there is a must do, a full day of travelling but you do get to see so many other things along the way. The elephants are definitely an experience!

Our guide was Yokie, and she was just wonderful! She taught us all about the area and took such good care of us. It was unfortunate timing, but I got hit with traveler’s indigestion midday and had some problems, something I had eaten the night before. Yokie was so kind and patient with me, and even helped us find some medication and hydration packets at a pharmacy. The waterfalls were just gorgeous and so fun to take a swim. We loved learning about some history, and getting to play with the elephants. Everything about this day was just fantastic. And Yokie was so wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great day trip out of Bangkok!

If you want to take the hassle out of the day and just enjoy the ride.... this is the one for you. You have to pay to play but everything is taken care of. From being picked up and dropped off to and from your hotel and all the driving. ( By your driver in an airconditioned vehicle). Toilet stops, sampling local snacks, area information and even all of your photo's and videos - all handled by your tour guide. Lunch and water is covered, tolls, entry fees - Our Guide 'Guitar' handled everything like a champ and we just soaked it all in and created memories. A++
