Look for a uniformed staff member in a white shirt or blouse with green, yellow, and brown vertical stripes, holding a signboard that displays "Tour East" and ... wearing Tour East identification. * Domestic Arrivals * After retrieving your luggage from the carousel in Terminal Gates 1 or 2, exit through Exit A and head to Gate 6 to find your Tour East representative. They will be wearing a uniform shirt or blouse with white, green, yellow, and brown vertical stripes and holding a "Tour East" signboard, along with Tour East identification. * Schedule * Available pick-up times: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 5:00 PM. * Drop-off location: * Bangkok Hotel City Center. Transportation Details Total duration: 1 hour. When booking, please provide your flight and Bangkok accommodation details. Easy peasy

Easy to navigate they were exactly where the directions said they would be and we departed about 5-10 min after meeting with them. Little expensive compared to what you would pay a taxi but the ease of mind getting off the plane was nice

Easy for a tired traveler

My flight was landing at 2:30am, and after traveling for over 30 hours, it was great to not have to worry about how to get to my lodging. They were waiting just outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name on it and the driver was there quickly when summoned. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived it was very easy to find the Meeting point and the agent. Within 10 minutes the taxi arrived and bought us to the hotel. We are very satisfied about the service and recommend them.

Safe and secure for a solo female traveler

This was money well spent for my arrival into Bangkok. A female staff waited for me by the airport exit, followed the identifying details provided in my booking details (so she was very easy to identify), and escorted me immediately to my shared ride. My flight was a bit late, but they waited for me patiently. The driver provided a safe, comfortable ride to my hotel doorstep. The car was clean, AC'ed, and spacious. Would definitely use them again!
