Itinerary

  • Kanchanaburi War Cemetery

    Pick up from hotel in Bangkok at 07:00 a.m. (except hotel around airports). Transfer to Kanchanaburi by private transport. Visit the war cemetery, the memorial place which is the main prisoner of war cemetery for victims of Japanese imprisonment while building the Burma Railway.

  • River Khwae Bridge

    Continue to visit "Bridge over the river kwai", the landmark and highlight of Kanchanaburi which is famous from the movie of the same name. The bridge over the river kwai is a part of the death railway which was constructed by POWs during WW2.

    20 minutes

  • Erawan Waterfalls

    Have an optional lunch at the local restaurant. And continue to visit "Erawan Waterfall National Park", one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand. Enjoy walking along the nature trail to the waterfall. Explore the waterfall and enjoy your time relaxing, playing at the waterfall or take an optional trek up to the top of the waterfall on the 7th tier (about 1,500 meters). Return to hotel in Bangkok by private transport (drive about 3.5 hours). Arrive Bangkok around 18:00-18:30 p.m. depended on traffic condition. Remarks : 1. Please bring towel, change of clothes, insect repellent and good trekking shoes as well as personal medical kits. 2. If heavy rain, travelers may not be allowed to play or swim in the waterfall.

This tour was incredible. It’s a private tour and it was just me and my husband. Kim was an awesome tour guide as well as Mr. Gai as the driver. The waterfalls were INCREDIBLE. I could’ve spent all day there (maybe forever?). The bridge over the Kwai River and Death Railway were really interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

I can't say enough good things about our tour guide, Ms. Pom, who took exceptional care of my parents and two kids on their day trip to Kanchanaburi. They visited the Death Railway, Erawan Waterfall, and Krasae Buddha Cave, and throughout the entire journey, our guide ensured they were comfortable and well taken care of. The transport provided was very comfortable, and she made thoughtful stops to get them food. She even went the extra mile to take lots of photos, which she shared with me afterward. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made the trip unforgettable for my family. Highly recommend!

Brilliant guide called Time who was super friendly and knowledgeable. We felt really looked after. Time even took photos of us as a family on his phone then shared with us on the way home. He also gave us site seeing and restaurant recommendations for Bangkok and Chiang Mai (our next destination). Private taxi very comfortable supplied with iced water.

Day trip to River Kwai, Errawan and Death Railway

We booked a private trip from Bangkok to Bridge over Kwai, Errawan Falls and Death Railway Gwen and Nui (hope thats right , the driver)were our team for the day. The whole day was amazing, from the prompt pick up at the hotel to every activity. Gwen was just fabulous so informative and attentive. The trip moved me to happy tears many times as the scenery was incredible. Gwen made us feel like VIP s all day Taking time to help me get to the top of the falls, which we did and it felt amazing up there. We shared a lovely lunch with her and it was so nice to chat to her and understand more about stunning Thailand We were so impressed with her thst when we moved on to Krabi we passed on her details to a family we met who were returning to Bangkok to finish their trip Highly recommend using this guide and definatetly this trip is a must do when in Bangkok Thank you Gwen for making our day so special
