    The west part of Crete is the most beautiful part of the island. Heading to Elafonisi beach you will see enough changes in nature's beauty. From the North part of the island where the Aegean sea is and the valley with lemon, orange, avocado and olive trees, we will be south. We will cross in driving the Topolia gorge, the 9 Cretan villages and finally will be at Elafonisi beach, at Libean sea.

    After having an off road experience we arrive at Milia Mountain Retreat. Time stops here: there is no electricity, cozy stone houses brings us close to the philosophy “back to the basics”. The place is an authentic 17th century mountain settlement which has been transformed into an eco-friendly tourist complex, one of the top 50 worldwide choices of National Geographic magazine, concerning eco-tourism and agro-tourism. We will spend our lunch time here and you will enjoy Cretan cuisine and local wine,beer or homemade soft drinks.

Great tour at the beach and the mountains!

We had an amazing day at the beach with an amazing guide and an amazing group of 6. Getting to the beach early with comfortable loungers waiting for us was amazing! The tour in the Milia Mountains with lunch was amazing! This tour was worth it! Perfect Day! Elafonisi is a very pretty beach. We had a blast the entire day!

Amazing exploration of Western Crete

This was an amazing tour! Our guide Stavros was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He shared history of Crete along with the landscapes that we passed to help give context to what we were seeing that was invaluable. Our time at the Elafonisi Beach was perfect, we got there before the crowds and had reserved loungers and umbrellas to take the experience at our own pace. And then lunch in Milia was absolutely phenomenal. Great food and amazing views all around.

We absolutely LOVED this trip! Stavros was so interesting knowledgeable; and professional. We loved the beach; the reserved chairs in the front row; the snacks; and the amazing views on the way to the beach and Milia Resort for lunch. The restaurant is AMAZING! We loved the food! Best restaurant I have been to in years!! It’s so quaint; fabulous chef; and warm and inviting!!! Can’t say enough about this trip - I would give it 10 stars if I could!! Margaret and Kelley❤️

I booked this tour for my parents who were traveling to Greece. They had an incredible time. They found their guide/driver to be amazingly knowledgeable and found the lunch to be very delicious. They got a chance to see the beautiful Cretian countryside and the guide pointed out all the olive trees and birds to them.
