Wine, river, lunch and more in Douro Valley

A wonderful day spent in the Douro Valley. The wines, the views and the tour staff were awesome. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is wanting a one day tour.

Great experience

A great day trip. 2 vineyards visited. One - smaller family, authentic. Visitors receive a delicious traditional lunch. Sailing is an opportunity to admire the Douro River. The second vineyard is a little less impressive, nothing to look at, but Port wine is available for tasting. The whole trip was made especially fun by the best guide - Ricardo Ribeiro. He told a lot of interesting things and was like a friend - entertaining, caring. Additional success - enjoy Ricardo!

The excursion was a super way of experiencing the diversity of the Duoro wine region in 1 day with a excellent guide. Thank you Catia, you were superb. Totally worth it!

The tour was great overall. Ivo is a great guide, and very entertaining. The wine tasting and the port tasting were great. However, word of advice, do not do a wine tasting first thing in the morning without any food in your belly. Your whole day might be spoiled. The lunch seemed delicious but I could not eat anything as I felt sick. I still enjoyed the beautiful view, of the terrace vineyards and the winding roads and the Douro Valley and River. The tour is absolutely worth it, I will have to do it one more time to fully enjoy the tasting.

Ricardo was an excellent guide and driver. Knowledgeable and good sense of humor. Great choice of vinyards. Wines and lunch were great. Vineyard tours were informational and interesting.
