1. Lisbon District
The trip leaves directly for Coimbra, a historic city and home to the Portugal of the Little Ones Park. Expect a comfortable highway trip of around two hours with one or two rest stops.
2. Portugal dos Pequenitos
The Portugal of the Little Ones Park, considered Portugal's first theme park, has been delighting generations for over 80 years. It's hard to find a child in Portugal who hasn't been to the Park at least once. The Park is a place of absolute entertainment but also of learning. It's a representative space of Portugal's architectural heritage, respecting the architectural styles of its various regions and highlighting some of Portugal's most popular monuments, all built to the scale of the little ones.
Imagine that! It's really spectacular to watch their joy, running between the little houses, the monuments, the towers, the castles, the gardens, going up and down inside these replicas built to their scale. No doubt you'll take dozens of photos, because every corner you discover will seem better than the last.
And of course... the children will invite you to enter the attractions, which in some of them will be a challenge for you but a moment of genuine laughter for them.

3. Coimbra

4. Lourinha
We are now heading to Lourinhã for the Dinosaur Park. Expect a comfortable highway trip of around an hour and a half, with one or two rest stops.
5. Dino Parque
When they arrive at the park, they start to get excited straight away. A gigantic dinosaur welcomes them and their eyes start to bulge.
The theme park covers more than 10 hectares and is the largest open-air museum in Portugal. In total you have 6 tracks to explore, corresponding to some of the most important epochs in the history of the Earth: the Paleozoic, the Triassic, the Jurassic, the Cretaceous, the Cenozoic and the Sea Monsters.
You also won't want to miss the Activities Hall where children can try out some activities and be a palaeontologist for a day.
Besides the outdoor tracks and the activities area, in the central building can be visited the exhibition of the Lourinhã's Museum, with its fantastic palaeontological collection. In the laboratory, it is also possible to observe in real time the preparation of real dinosaur fossils. So much to see and do. So much to have fun.

By the way! Did you know that a nest containing more than 100 dinosaur eggs was discovered in Lourinhã? And that the largest dinosaur from the Jurassic era was also discovered here? And that the Lourinhã region is where the largest number of Jurassic fossils have been found in the world to date? These and many other curiosities await you.
