Yan was recommended by friends and I now know why. He picked us up on a late arrival, and close to 11 p.m. he still assisted in stopping for me to get a data sim card for my phone. We arranged three tours in advance with Yan, he was always on time, drove safely and was very knowledgeable and informative everywhere we went. He was good company and well spoken in English which is not the local language. When we were dropped off at the airport for our departure it felt like I was saying goodbye to an old friend, my wife and I got on very well with him and will most definitely use his services if I have the opportunity to visit again.

Yan and Sai Bali Tours were well organized, kind, knowledgeable and provided my friends and I safe transport to all the destinations we coordinated during our visit to Bali. The hidden waterfall was magical, the water was so refreshing and Yan led our group down the stairs and through the river to the falls. He didn’t rush us to hurry up so we had a more organic experience. The water temple was also truly lovely Yan purchased the offering for those in our group participating in the purification ritual. He also purchased the food so our group could feed the Koi. He is a top notch tour operator we felt well-cared for from the start of our week long visit to the end. I have also referred friends who are visiting Bali this week so they can experience the superior service of Yan and Sai Bali Tours Don’t hesitate to book him for your tours!!!

Fabulous day trip. The scenery & views are amazing. Lunch was a hidden gem, felt like you were in a treehouse in the jungle & the food was fantastic. The day was made better by Budiana the driver. He was the best driver I’ve had in Bali, so attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble
