This was an intense hike which was not expected. Would recommend to bring plenty of water and closed in shoes. Our guide maanwiss was excellent. He did a great job at giving us breaks and motivation to soldier on. The views were incredible everywhere

The host was very helpful throughout the trip and the hiking guide Maanwiss was very thoughtful from the base to the peak. Highly recommended!

Maanwiss was my guide today and he did an excellent job! He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the volcano and the history of the surrounding areas. He made sure I was okay and offered help when I needed it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Well worth the early start

Highly recommend this tour, our driver picked us up on time and got us there in plenty of time. Maanwiss met us and gave us our torches and sticks. He was a fantastic guide with plenty of knowledge of the local area and helped us when we needed it. He took regular breaks and got the pace right for us beginners. He prepared us hot chocolate, eggs and banana sandwiches at the top. Not only a great guide but he got some great photos too. Thanks again! The hot springs were much appreciated after the walk.
