Immerse all of your senses with the Cirque du Soleil® show 'JOYÁ' — the first Cirque show in the world to offer the option of gourmet dinner — opening in November 2014. Follow the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a transformative quest to uncover the secrets of life, with the help of half-human, half-animal creatures. Set inside an intimate theater in the heart of the Riviera Maya jungle, ‘JOYÀ’ draws on Mexico’s history and heritage to bring you a world where physical ability meets the extraordinary. .

What To Expect

1. JOYÀ, the first Cirque du Soleil resident show in Mexico, combines culinary and performing arts in an intimate theater setting to engage the audience's five senses. Drawing on Mexico's history and heritage, JOYÀ tells the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a quest to uncover the secrets of life. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner starts an hour before the show. Ticket Options: Show-Only, Includes a seat at a side table or a high stool seat. You can buy drinks or popcorn at out bar. Show, Premium Seats, Drinks, & Appetizers Experience. Includes 7 gourmet appetizers, half a bottle of champagne per person, and center seats. Show & Dinner Experience Includes a 3-course gourmet dinner, half a bottle of champagne per person, and seats near the stage VIP Show & Dinner Experience Includes priority access to the theater, welcome cocktail in the VIP room, 3-course dinner, unlimited champagne during dinner and the best seats in the theater.

Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your tickets.
ID will be requested for alcohol consumption
Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.
Casual-formal dress code.
We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.
The use of flash is not allowed when taking pictures for the safety of the artists and videos no longer than 1 minute.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

this was the first Cirque Soleil I have ever been to so I didn’t know quite what to expect. their customer service is beyond compare. The food was excellent and their presentation was enchanting. We were thrilled. I felt it was the best money I have spent on any trip and would definitely recommend going. I’ve been going to resorts for over 15 years, and this was the best show and dinner ever. I’m already looking forward to seeing another Cirque closer to home.

This has to be one of the most beautiful experience I have ever had. The show was absolutely magical. The facility is truly something out of a fantasy movie.
