On our Secret Food Tour: Bologna, we'll provide you with an unforgettable taste experience. We'll take you to a small trattoria to sample the traditional Ragù alla Bolognese (Bolognese sauce), sample and learn why the authentic Parmigiano Reggiano is so special, sip 8-12-24 year-old balsamic vinegar from Modena, enjoy a carefully selected Charcuterie sampler from Emilia-Romagna and enjoy homemade, fresh pasta is created by Bologna's very own sfogline (pasta-makers). As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. You must do this tour if you love food. You will have enough for lunch. We did the 10:30am tour, didn’t have breakfast but had a great feed. We tried local col meats, cheese, 2pasta dishes, cake and gelato to finish. Recommend wine pairing if you love wine. Gabriel was a great guide. thanks for a great start to our time in Bologna.

This will be my second review. Mattias did everything right. He explained everything in detail, preparation of food, explanation that everything that is dear to Bologna. It is understandable why they are so proud of their city and their food. Mattias is an incredible tour guide, very nice and full of information. Bravo!!!!

What a fun tour. Mattia was a great host, made the day fun, and showed the group a good time. You got to eat a lot, you got good stories, and it did not feel touristy at all. Highly recommend.
