This is, hands down, our favorite thing we did on our two week trip to Italy, and quite possibly our favorite experience on any trip ever. The tours of each place (parmigiano reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto facilities) were amazing and informative. However, the real fun started once it was time for our lunch. The array of meats, cheeses, breads and other assorted apps would have been a feast all on their own, but then in addition we got three pasta courses! The wine never stopped flowing and every single person who works on this tour is an absolute delight. We would happily do this tour again if we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves back in Bologna!
