Overview

Come and join the Marote Brothers, Ricardo, and Vitor on their Classic Jeeps, who have the passion and knowledge to offer safe guidance. We will visit the famous attractions and see the hidden treasures of the island through the eyes of a local. Our guide will provide you with some historical information and will introduce the flora then enjoy a freshly cooked meal, and of course, let's not forget about the traditional Poncha! Are you ready for an adventure you will never forget? Please, do not hesitate to contact us and book your trip!

Pickup Details

We will meet you in front of the entrance of your hotel. Please look for our logo stickers on our Jeeps! Port pick-up: Look for the guide at the entrance holding a board with the customer's name written on it.

What To Expect

1. Camara De Lobos We will visit the beautiful Fishing Man's village and enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean and then we will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off roads. The ride will take around 30 minutes. 1 hour

2. Will drive through Jardim da Serra and stop at a viewpoint that overlooks the Nun's Valley and then we will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-roads for around 15 minutes. 1 hour

3. Miradouro da Boca dos Namorados Our guide will introduce you to some interesting historical facts. It is also an excellent opportunity to talk about the flora and fauna of the island and stop by for a drink or light refreshment (at your own expense) then we will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-roads for around 30 minutes. 1 hour

4. Cabo Girao Visit one of the highest cliffs with a glass platform. It is offering breathtakingly beautiful views! We will then make our way back to your hotel or port for around 20 minutes. 1 hour

Ride of your life on Madeira! Fun for all ages!

I recently visited Madeira with 18 friends and Vitor, Ricardo and cousin Antony graciously took us to experience their fabulous island by jeep! It was not only great fun but the 2 brothers and their cousin were great hosts and they certainly know Madeira! If you are spending time in Portugal I would definitely recommend you visit Madeira and take a day tour with the Marote brothers you will not regret it!

Outstanding off-road experience

Hired Vitor and Ricardo to take us and our group of friends on a half day off road tour, visiting Camara de Lobos, Cabo Gireo, the Nun’s Valley and lots more. Our friends had not visited Madeira before and they loved the brothers fun and informative chat and the thrills of the off road drive through the forest. Vitor bought everyone Bolo de Caco and we stopped at a village poncha bar to sample the different flavours!! A fantastic afternoon that our friends are still talking about. Thank you Vitor and Ricardo

This was the best tour our family has ever taken. Our guide Vitor treated us like family and showed us places, sights, and experiences we never would have found on our own. We have already recommended him to others and are eager to return. We saw it all - scenery, views, history of the island, plants and animals, landscapes, and incredible food.
