You’re going to learn all the Tuscan cuisine secrets surrounded by the wine and extra virgin olive oil aromas. This experience is a real journey in Tuscan flavors made of simple and fresh ingredients. Itinerary

The experience starts with a short introduction to our farm history and methods of production. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen, and you will learn the three different recipes or your Tuscan cooking class. Let’s start with the last course, the dessert! You’re going to bake the perfect Torta Margherita, a typical and traditional Tuscan cake, or the biscotti made with wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then, it’s bruschetta time! You will make three different types of bruschetta using exclusively seasonal vegetables. Finally, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch (Pici and Gnocchi) and prepare the best Tuscan pasta sauce. Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared. Each course will be paired with a different organic wine from the winery's vineyards.

Best cooking class in Tuscany

My husband and I have been in Italy for 2 weeks, we’re spending 5 days in Tuscany and this was the best excursion I planned. Our chef Leonardo was wonderful. What we learned was great and we can’t wait to go home and try to make it for our family. All the recipes were simple but when the food was cooked and we ate it was delicious! Then we had our wine tasting which was heavenly in the vineyard and our olive oil tasting was even better. Then we ate our dinner we prepared under the Tuscan sun just like in a movie. Overall my favorite part of the trip. We even keep recommending the winery to everyone we meet here in Italy.

Dreams come true! I dont think I can adequately describe how perfect this experience was. For years, my mom dreamed of coming to Italy with the family. A cooking class, wine tasting, olive oil tasting were all on the dream list. We were finally able to go, but there was only 1 wine class in Tuscany that would allow the (2) toddlers in our group. Thanks to Podere La Marroniaia, we were able to do it. Not only was the cooking experience amazing, but the table set up, wine tasting, olive oil/balsamic tasting was just top tier. We all cried during the experience out of joy. I am forever grateful for my experience. Thank you so much for making it happen.

A Family Winery

I always include this wonderful winery when I am in Italy, especially bringing family and friends. They have grown quite a bit over the years, but it has not diminished the experience or their wines. Whether its sitting out on the lawn and enjoying the views of San Gimignano or the private dining room, you will be treated like family. They offer many wines and you will certainly find something to your liking as well as the newer additions of olive oils and balsamic vinegar. The new cooking class was great fun!
