Did you know that the first winery in the Americas was established in Parras, Mexico in 1597? Mexican Wine is blooming, especially in Baja California. In this fun experience, we will serve you 3 carefully selected wines of Baja California with delicious Mexican-international fusion cuisine that will blow your mind. Our host will guide you through the flavors, and in a fun and relaxed way, participants will decide together which is the best pairing. You will taste and learn from award-winning and top emerging wineries from Mexico. We will walk through the beautiful downtown historic district visiting landmarks like Catedral, Museo de Arte, and Jardín Velasco, while we stroll the city you will learn about the origins of Mexican wine. This walking tour includes the wine tasting and all the food. This tour is suited for 18 years old and older and vegetarians.
