Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

This itinerary is designed around cherry blossom season, typically from late March to early April. The listed dates in the sample itinerary are in early April, which is usually an excellent time to see blossoms in Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka, though exact bloom times can vary by year and weather.

The tour involves regular walking at temples, shrines, parks and city streets, as well as some stairs and slopes, for example at Arakurayama Sengen Park. Most travelers in normal health can manage the activities, but comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

Daily breakfasts are included with the hotel stays, but most lunches and all dinners are excluded. Guides and drivers will recommend local restaurants with reasonable prices, and you will pay for these meals on your own unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

Yes. Private car transfers with a basic English-speaking driver are included from the airport to the designated hotel on arrival in Tokyo and from the Osaka hotel to the airport on departure. Other transfers between cities are arranged as described in the itinerary.
