All payments are non-transferable and must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer or approved payment link.

  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

This itinerary is especially attractive in autumn, when Nikko, the Mt. Fuji area, Hakone, and Minoo Park offer beautiful fall colors. However, it can be enjoyed year-round, with cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, and clear views of Mt. Fuji often in winter.

Yes. Shinkansen tickets from Hakone (Odawara) to Hiroshima and from Hiroshima to Kyoto in ordinary class, as well as the domestic flight from Osaka to Tokyo in economy class, are included as specified in the itinerary.

Daily hotel breakfast is included. Lunches and dinners are generally excluded unless specified otherwise, and your guide or driver will recommend local restaurants where you can pay directly.

Yes. Private car and driver pickup from the airport on arrival in Tokyo and private drop-off at the airport from Osaka at the end of the tour are included.
