Each payment ensures hotel, guide, and transport allocations are secured as per your confirmed itinerary. All payments are non-transferable and must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer or approved payment link.
  • Deposit - 50% at booking
  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

This itinerary is designed around cherry blossom season, typically late March to early April in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Exact bloom times vary by year, but your dates align with the usual peak period for most destinations in this tour.

Airport–hotel and final airport drop-off transfers are included as specified. Several intercity train journeys are also included. Some local transfers, such as taxis to Odawara Station and certain hotel–station movements, are on your own and noted in the itinerary.
