Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

This itinerary is suitable year-round, but spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are ideal for comfortable temperatures and seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms in Japan and pleasant conditions in both countries.

No, international airfare, including the flight from Osaka to Seoul, is not included. You are free to book your preferred international flights, and the tour will be tailored to match your arrival and departure times.

The tour recommends one checked luggage per passenger for use with the 10-seat van in Japan. This helps ensure comfortable space on transfers. You may bring additional small carry-on items at your own responsibility.
