Overview

After the sun goes down you can experience the unique nightime adventure in the All-Inclusive park — Xplor Fuego —. When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty. You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya. In this attraction the transportation is included. Enjoy the delicious all you can eat buffet which is also included too.

Pickup Details

- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - The time on your ticket is informative so to know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority access means: Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya so it is necessary you to contact Grupo Xcaret to know the exact schedule of your pickup.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

People with food allergies must ask to the staff about the ingredients of the food

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Best amusement park I’ve been to period(including Disney and Six Flags)! I love learning, excitement and being goofy. This checked all the boxes. Swimming in an underground river ✅, spelunking ✅, slides ✅, zip-lining ✅, ATV course ✅, nature ✅, palentology ✅, math ✅, laughing hysterically ✅, and a little fear ✅.

What a fantastic resort! It was really hot the week we went, I was glad we were arriving at 5pm and not ending. We did the cenotes first and the water was so cold, but refreshing. Beautiful! We did to the picture package as you really don't want to bring your phone along, so many times I would've lost mine. They do provide lockers. Zip lining was exhilarating in the dark. We always felt safe. We did the side by side also and that was great fun. I would bring bug spray. They do have tons of torches lit, but bug spray still helpful. They offered a huge buffet also.

There is nothing to fault with this incredible excursion, if you’re into beautiful scenery and sights, adrenaline, heights, water, swimming and just a general rush then this place is for you! My recommendation is that you do it at night. Tiki torches and pretty lighting lights your way around this adventure park that they have cleverly built around a jungle and hidden caves! Enough activities to keep you busy for around 6 hours! My favourite has the be the pleasant cave swim as you take in the cold water and the sleeping bats through the cave! (Do the 30 minute route instead of 10). The foot at this establishment is hands down the best buffet food I have ever consumed! Staff are so helpful and attentive, if you’re lost they’ll help you in the right direction which is easily done as this place is huge! There is so much good to talk about that I don’t think there’s enough typing space! Just go there and try it for yourself! Worth every penny! Great fun!

I loved everything. Drivinh the Amphibious vehicle was awesome. It was well worth the price. The buffet was good a little luke warm cold. If you drive yourself parking is free. Staff was amazing.
