Overview

After the sun goes down you can experience the unique nightime adventure in the All-Inclusive park — Xplor Fuego —. When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty. You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya. In this attraction the transportation is included. Enjoy the delicious all you can eat buffet which is also included too.

- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying, "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - To ... know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message through the option on your reservation at least 24 hours before the purchased visit date. - Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. - If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. - Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means.   • Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
  • Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent
  • Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

  • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
  • Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
  • All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
  • People with food allergies must ask to the staff about the ingredients of the food
  • In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

Be ready for fun and adventure!

We had a blast at Explor Fuego. We went with another family, all with older chiller (17+) and it was a great experience. This trip is NOT for those who don’t want to get wet or who are not adventurous. But if you’re in for fun, this is the trip for you. Here are my best tips: 1. Come prepared: You will need closed toes water shoes. It’s also helpful to have shorts (more-comfortable for zip-lining harness) and water shirt. You can buy them in the shop, but entry time is chaotic. You’re better off to bring what you need so you can bypass the shop and get to your first activity. 2. You WILL get wet, and you WILL stay wet the whole time. Bring dry The only dry activity is the ATVs. I suggest doing those and zip lining first while you’re more dry. We went on a December evening and I definitely got cold outdoors once I was soaking wet. I was glad I bought a long sleeve shirt in the shop. 3. If you’re not sure about zip lining, do the green course first. There is not an easy way down. We had two in our group that wanted to leave the long course after 3 lines, and it took a long time to get them down and back to the center. 4. Don’t bring a lot of extra stuff. They give you lockers, but they’re not huge. Wear your swimsuit and other stuff to the park. Take a towel and dry clothes to change in to at the end. That’s all you need. 5. It will seem crowded and long lines at first, but everyone will spread out. After our first activity, we barely waited at all. We did the zip line first, which I’m glad for. I think it was much better doing it while you’re dry. 6. Bring dry clothes to change into. Our trip back was a lot longer than the trip there. I was happy to have dry clothes on the air-conditioned bus. 7. Wear well-fitting water shoes. Close-toed shoes are required for some activities. There is a LOT of walking and a LOT of stairs. None of the terrain is smooth and flat, so shoes that have non-slick bottoms and fit tight to your feet are best. 8. If you’re traveling with a group, make a meeting plan if you separate. It’s easiest to just meet back at the heart. It is helpful to have waterproof watches to coordinate the time. Be ready for adventure!!

Great experience! I loved it. Zip lining through the fire, atv through cave and fire ignites was exciting, zip ling on hammock across the water and all the adventures were great. Buffet Style Dinner was awesome. A great variety of delicious food. My suggestion is to purchase picture package where it captures your photos in all the adventures. You choose where your adventure begins & ends not a guided tour but plenty of guides were around to assist if needed. What a great experience for my daughter and I and glad we choose this excursion. 11/30/24 (trip taken)

This was such a seamless experience. The Park itself was super detailed and extremely high budget and tourist friendly. Every single worker knew perfect English, almost as if it was mandatory to be hired. The quality of the rides were amazing and the theme of the park was very immersive. The food selections were cooked amazing and the beverages were on point. I recommend this for people of all ages. Doing it at night definitely added an edge that I highly recommend over your traditional morning adventure.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DOING ANYTHING DO THIS!!!! This is a at your own pace experience! No scams! No constant bargaining of packages and stuff! Its a an experience of adrenaline and fun! Every experience is a water filled one so wear your swim suit! But you wont regret it
