Comfortable private shuttle to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya for our 25th anniversary!

I booked a private round trip shuttle from the Cancun airport the to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The outbound and return was prompt, clean and timely. Once at the airport exit it is very chaotic. If this is your first time to this airport. Take this advise. You need to ignore everyone trying to sell you something and make your directly to the Happy Shuttle representative. This it the most difficult part of the process. Just stick to getting to the Happy Shuttle representative and you will be fine. The representatives greeted us, and we waited about 5 minutes. The driver was courteous and made certain that we were comfortable. It was a little warm, so he cooled the vehicle a little for a more comfortable journey. Took us right to check in and unloaded our luggage. The return driver was 5 minutes early and were made it to the airport with plenty of time to check in. I highly recommend the service.

Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was on time and staff was very friendly! We were treated right away upon exiting airport and had a comfortable, cool ride to the resort.

Got our luggage and walked out to shuttle area- the happy shuttle was there to greet us. The guy at the airport was wonderful and our driver was fabulous. I apologize I do not remember their names which is bad/ ignorant on my part.

Very organized, and the best way to get around

What an amazing service. From the time we landed in Cancun, we easily found the representative. We got in a nice air condition van with a very friendly driver who got us so close to the ferry. The ride home was just as amazing with a great driver, this company did very well with communication and checking in about pick up and drop off times I was extremely impressed.

The ride Erik Perera gave us on October 31st, 2024 was amazing. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He made us feel comfortable and safe. He is a very nice worker, recommended us to visit to different places in Cancun. Aside from that he asked us if the AC temperature was fine. Also, he asked if the music was fine and since I had a headache he lowered the volume. That was thoughtful of him, he did not have to do that. My husband and I are very pleased to ride with him. Thanks for your service and we will definitely consider your service on our next trip.
