Our family had the best time together at this class! We have 2 sons, 21 & 17. Our teachers/guides, Ana and ValentĂn, were so friendly and informative. They expertly guided us through the Russafa Market, sharing their knowledge of food and history. Then, off to the kitchen for a how-to on making sangrĂa. ValentĂn was funny! The tapas and beverages were great. THEN, together with our "team," Ana invited us all, step by step, to share in making a delicious chicken and rabbit paella. It was so much fun. We were so glad that we booked this experience!
