We are from the UK. We absolutely love it at Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, city walk and Volcano Bay. This is our 3rd time visiting these amazing places. Every time we visit we are never disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and the whole parks are clean. We love the refill fizzy drink cups they are such great value for money. HHN was a blast too, our RIP tour guide Kayan/Cayan was extremely good and we can’t wait to visit a 4th time. We can’t wait for Epic to open next year either.

Universal studios had amazing attractions, there were rollercoasters, simulators and shows. There was a thrilling ride, called Revenge of The Mummies, a incredibly funny show called the horror make up show, animal actors which was amazing and more! There were also lots of nice employees, such as Rob! He's a nice, funny guy and suggested loads of amazing rides! Overall Universal was amazing and I recommend to anyone who is willing to try it! - Neha

We had a great time! We didn't use fast passes, but rode a few rides and enjoyed all there was to see! Beautiful park! Lots of places to take a break if you need one:)

Best Simulators

For those who like simulators, it is the best park in the USA. Island of Adventure has more extreme roller coasters. The ideal is to go to each park for one day.

Easy to redeem the tickets once we got to Universal (literally just went up to our hotel's "Vacation Planning" desk). You will receive printed tickets with your name and other details, valid for the duration of your package. I only chose to purchase through Trip Advisor rather than direct due to a Rakuten Black Friday promotion to receive 20% cashback. Otherwise, I would have purchased directly from Universal.
