    Standing 614 feet (187 meters) tall on Gezira Island, the Cairo Tower (Burj al-Qahira) is one of Cairo’s most recognizable landmarks.

    The Cairo Opera House, part of Cairo's National Cultural Centre, is the main performing arts venue in the Egyptian capital. Home to most of Egypt's finest musical groups, it is located on the southern portion of Gezira Island in the Nile River, in the Zamalek district near downtown

  • Nile River (Pass By)

    Measuring a mighty 4,150 miles (6,680 kilometers) from end to end, the Nile is the longest river in the world. It's also the lifeblood of Egypt, flowing through the heart of the Sahara desert

  • Zamalek (Pass By)

    This island is located in the Nile River between downtown Cairo and Giza, and is characterized by upscale hotels, restaurants and pleasant gardens.

  • Sixth of October Bridge (Pass By)

    he bridge and causeway were completed in 1996, with construction taking nearly 30 years. It began in 1969 with the modest, 130 metres (430 ft)-long Phase 1, which only spanned the smaller west branch of the Nile from Gezira to Agouza (built from May 1969 to August 1972). Phase 9 completed the 21.193 kilometres (13.169 mi)-long final length in 2005. The '6th October Bridge and Flyover' runs from the Agricultural Museum in Dokki east to the Autostrade in Nasr City.

  • Qasr El Nil Bridge (Pass By)

    The Qasr el Nil Bridge (originally named Khedive Ismail Bridge, Egyptian Arabic: Asr el Nil Bridge), is a historic swing bridge structure dating from 1931 which replaced the first bridge to span the Nile River in central Cairo, Egypt.[2] It connects Tahrir Square in Downtown Cairo on the east bank of the river, to the southern end of Gezira/Zamalek Island. At the bridge's east and west approaches are four large bronze lion statues; they are late 19th-century works by Henri Alfred Jacquemart, French sculptor and animalier.

  • Egyptian Museum (Pass By)

    You cannot visit Egypt and miss the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, known as the Egyptian Museum in Cairo houses the world’s most exquisite and extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, covering more than 3,000 years, from the Old Kingdom to the Roman period in Egypt. It’s said that if you allowed one minute for each exhibit, it would take nine months to see everything here. But if that’s a little too long, take at least a morning ( or better still two ) to see the museum’s many highlights, even though the exhibits are often badly lit and displayed. The ground floor is arranged chronologically, moving clockwise from the entrance hall, while exhibits on the first floor are grouped thematically.

Unforgettable Sunset Boat Trip in the Nile

Amazing sunset boat trip in the Nile with delicious gourmet dinner (3 course), drinks and great quality live music. It really went above my expectations. Beautiful, elegant and cozy boat. Service and Food 5 stars and european level. It was wonderful and unforgettable. I highly recommend as the best boat trip in the Nile. Mariam was very dedicated in fulfilling all our wishes and a great photographer :-).

Little pricier than other cruises but Absolutely worth the money.Boat is clean, pretty and comfortable.Amazing views of the Sunset! Offered fruit juices and soft drinks twice on board which were included in the Price! Great communication and accommodated my request for the date change at short notice which helped us a lot!!Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cairo.

Sunset cruise on the Nile

My wife and I booked the sunset Nike cruise with dinner to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was one of our best moments in Cairo! The organisers and crew were very helpful and the cruise was very enjoyable experience for taking memorable photos. They even sang a special song for us to celebrate our anniversary and the meal was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

We took the 4pm river cruise, and it was lovely. We were greeted by the cruise staff with warmth and who made sure we are taken care of and having fun. The cruise ship is spacious, nice and clean. The live band was playing music to the delight of guests. The food is warm, delicious and nicely presented. Special thanks to manager Mohammad, and also to Maria who look after us. The ship captain is cool, and all the staff were approachable and responsive. The river banks are a sight to enjoy, together with the sunset and cruise ambience makes this cruise a worthy experience. Highly recommended when visiting Cairo.
