This tour doesn’t actually include a trip to the mezcal distillation factory like it says, so we were disappointed by that but still had a ton of fun. The guide was so nice and took us to local beaches and market to familiarize us with the town. The pedal loom was really amazing and the textiles are beautiful. They also let us try as many mezcals and snacks as we wanted and they were amazing!

Roberto took us on a full tour of Puerto Escondido. We saw all the beaches and amazing views. He is very knowledgeable about the city and passionate about protecting the local turtle habitat. The mezcal factory was unique and had plenty of options to try and buy. I think I had the best mole ever at the coffee and chocolate stop. (Pack the mole in your checked bag) Definitely recommend this tour if you want to move around and see various parts of Puerto Escondido.

Loved the experience plus in my opinion the best mole I had was in this excursion. It was a pleasant experience and the driver was knowledgeable in the city and gave great information about the area and it’s customs and history on why the place was called puerto Escondido. I most definitely recommend this experience to anyone trying to get to know the city. My driver was Emanuel and he was wonderful.
