Overview

Nurture the Goddess within! In this retreat you’ll discover the incredible depth and grace that is within you, in connection with a small, intimate group of like-minded women. United in sisterhood, we will create a sacred heart-space of belonging, trust and love, an intimate safe container in which deep transformation can take root. During the retreat you’ll receive deep nourishment for body and soul. You’ll learn to balance your inner feminine and masculine+to reclaim your vibrant aliveness as a woman. You’ll practice self-love, acceptance+compassion, to be at peace with your own unique expression. You ́ll learn to connect deeply with your inner self+ to listen to and express those parts of you that are perhaps unseen. You ́ll have time for self reflection and relaxation , the time and space to finally be, and to allow new ideas and desires to reveal themselves to you You’ll go back feeling refreshed, revitalized and empowered, with tools to support your continuing journey at home.

The retreat program offers a luscious blend of activities for your body, mind and soul. Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it’s a little different every time. You’re welcome to take part in as many or as few of the activities as you feel inspired. You’re invited to really tap into your own feminine flow, feeling when it’s your time to join the group or to just relax+enjoy the beautiful space. *Sound Bath Healing session *Boat trip to see (+dance with) the dolphins,turtles+whales *Healing expression thru movement *Various different types of yoga *Art therapy session *Massage workshop *Guided meditations,reflections+mindfulnes activities *Sharing heart circles *Aguahara-in the water We will also include special workshops on topics that are very alive for many women,such as: *Boundary setting+asking for what you want *Transforming+freeing ourselves from self- limiting beliefs *Balancing the feminine and masculine within *Introduction to tantra *Creating a deeper connection with your womb+sacred feminine *Lunar cycles *Yoni eggs *Conscious eating- how bringing awareness to the way we eat can break lifelong patterns we have been stuck in,+bring freedom +peace

Jojo really knows how to open a safe and welcoming space for all. This retreat was full of truly meaningful activities. Jojo guided us through it all in a gentle, professional and knowledgeable manner. Thank you Jojo!

I don't even know how to put into words how wonderful this retreat was - yoga, breathwork, eye gazing, shamanic journeys, meditation, journaling, learning about feminine archetypes and energetics, yoni eggs, aguahara, and AMAZING vegan food. Jojo and Sandii were such heart centered and supportive facilitators in this beautiful retreat. I wouldn't describe the retreat house as luxury but it was perfect for the price :)

Self growth with wise women

A fantastic intense women’s retreat. Small group which I loved. Not only learned so much but participated in experiences I have not had before (I have been on many retreats). For example, dragon chatki breathing ritual, hydra aqua sessions. Jojo (and Sandy) were the leaders and had so much wisdom to share. If you go be prepared to jump right in and open up because they don’t start out slowly. Of course you don’t have to participate in everything but I encourage you too! Some of the sessions were in the water which is one of the reasons I chose this retreat. Loved them!! The lodging worked out well, although the pool was not clean ( we used the pool next door for sessions) food was made with love and delicious . Highly recommend if you are comfortable with something new and don’t need fancy lodging. April was very hot and dry but most tourists have left so staying a few days after in close by towns was a quiet great idea.

Beautiful experience

What a wonderful week of peace and mindfulness! Every meal was cooked by an amazing private chef, all vegetarian and full of whole, colorful foods. Every day was a new amazing activity, from learning about our cycles, connecting with other women, water therapy, and some very beautiful rituals. I highly highly recommend you take a retreat with JoJo, she's amazing!

Magical Goddess Getaway

I had never done a women's retreat before and this surpassed my expectations. JoJo is such a skilled facilitator of this work and a master at cultivating spaces where strangers can share in the experience of honoring the inner goddess. From the location, to the food, to the music, to every single activity we did, it was thoughtfully chosen and enhanced the experience exponentially. Magical, profound, and life-changing are just a few words that come to mind when I think of my time at the retreat in Puerto Angel. I have traveled a lot in my 39 years and this was one of the best experiences of my life. It is so worth it.
