Tube the Cowichan River and enjoy the crystal clear water and pristine scenery as you embark on an epic two and a half-hour journey down one of the most beautiful places on earth. The island’s best-kept secret is Cowichan River Tubing! We provide fully licensed and insured river tube rentals with complimentary shuttle service back to Lake Cowichan. The Tube Shack is the best way to river tube the Cowichan River! Choose from your classic round inner tube or upgrade and relax in our bigger and longer swift tubes, complete with cup holder and double paddle.

Itinerary

Everyone in your booking must be a competent swimmer. If not, please DO NOT continue booking. You will be refused service upon arrival for your own safety. Small children must wear a lifejacket and share a swift tube with an adult if they are unable to swim. Float down the beautiful Cowichan River in your choice of regular tube or kayak-style swift tube. The journey takes 2.5-3 hours and will take you under bridges and over gently tumbling rapids. At the end, our shuttle drivers will pick you up and bring you back to the Shack.
