    Voted number 1 Beach in all of Mexico. Rated in the top 20 beaches of the world. When the dark blue waters turned to wonders of turquoise, we knew we had made it to our next stop: Balandra Beach. Not only are the waters here crystal clear, they are also calm and very shallow which makes the beach that much more enjoyable. An iconic landmark in this area is ‘El Hongo de Balandra’ which translates to ‘The Mushroom of Balandra’. The unique rock structure is a result of thousands of years of erosion and, as you might have guessed, is shaped like a mushroom. Lunch on the Beach

    We will cruise to the south side only of Espiritu Santo Island. This Island has been a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2005 and a National Park since 2007. In it you will find an impressive scenic beauty; the contrast between sea and desert, volcanic rock formations, numerous virgin beaches, as well as a great quantity of endemic flora and fauna.

Perfect Day in La Paz BCS

Perfect Day on a Yacht! We had a fantastic time with Lover Lips Yachts. Lester the owner and his manager, met us at the specified location promptly and we sailed away with our crew David and Captain Enrique. The boat was perfect for our family of four. We visited Isla Espíritu Santo and Balandra Beach. The pristine beaches and desert backdrop were breathtaking. All made better by David’s expertise of the areas we visited. Both him and Captain Enrique are very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable the whole time there. They honestly felt like family by the time the day ended. Lunch was on point! Especially the tuna sashimi, to die for! Will definitely come back with Lover Lips on our next trip to La Paz. Oh and especial shout out to Lester for the restaurant recommendations!

Really nice tour, we went to Espírito Santo island and Balandra beach. Gorgeous locations, incredible views! We also saw the sea lions colony. David, our guide, was so nice and sweet during the entire day.

What a perfect day! Our party of 4 chartered a yacht to Isla Espiritu Santo and Playa Balandra on May 8th and everything was simply perfect. The boat, the crew, the food, the snorkeling and even the booking process could not have been better. We saw dolphins, rays, seals, even whales... in May! The captain asked us what we wanted to see and do, and he delivered! Literally everything exceeded our expectations. Don't wait in line hoping you will get into Balandra by road. Take a Lover Lips yacht and see Balandra and half a dozen other pristine and uncrowded beaches on Espiritu Santo. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Lester and Fabiola. We will be back.

Lovely lunch on boat and beach visits. Even though water was a bit rough we made the best of it . Staff was attentative .
