Traveler pickup is offered- The driver will pick you up at the hotel/Apartment. Please, inform in advance in which hotel/apartment you will stay in. You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference. •The hotels or apartments ... have to be located in the city of Barcelona. •If the hotel or apartment is located outside of Barcelona city, we will send to you a meeting point. •We do not offer pickups from the Port of Barcelona or the airports. However, if you are arriving from a cruise ship, we will provide you with a convenient meeting point in the city. •For travelers staying in the Gothic Quarter, please note that we may be unable to pick you up directly from certain hotels due to narrow streets or construction zones.
