Overview

Purchase tickets for your required all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and departure time. Then, after pickup at your Merzouga address or other select location (additional fees might apply), ride a chauffeured vehicle into the Erg Chebbi desert, known for its red-orange dunes. Prebooking lets you secure your preferred date and relax, knowing everything is prearranged. On arrival, don a supplied helmet, and after safety instructions, enjoy a roughly 1-hour ATV ride. Roar over the dunes behind your instructor and stop for sandboarding and photos. Afterward, you will ride a camel for the sunset and head to the desert camp. Next, visit the desert experience glamping; our guides will invite you with a cup of tea with nuts before enjoying a delicious 5* Moroccan dinner and live show, including Berber music, drums bands, and folklore dances performed under the darkening desert sky. Your experience ends with a return transfer to the start point.

Begin your journey by riding a camel through the vast, golden sand dunes, experiencing the serene beauty of the desert landscape. As you travel deeper into the dunes, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset over the desert horizon. After a day of exploration, you'll reach a traditional desert camp where you'll spend the night under a star-filled sky. Relax by the campfire, enjoy authentic Berber cuisine, and listen to the sounds of the desert. The next morning, wake up early to witness the sunrise before returning to the starting point of your journey. This unique experience offers a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and tranquility in the heart of the Sahara.

Amazing Camel Trek and Desert Camp Experience! I had an unforgettable experience on this camel trek and overnight stay in Merzouga! From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized, and the team was incredibly welcoming. The camel ride through the golden dunes at sunset was magical—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The desert camp was comfortable and beautifully set up, with delicious traditional food and a warm atmosphere. Sitting under the starry sky by the campfire while listening to Berber music was a highlight of the trip. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Merzouga. It’s an experience you won’t forget!

It was a wonderful experience, probably the most memorable in Morocco. Everything was organized perfectly. Incredible camel ride through the dunes at sunset, delicious and varied dinner, cozy tent with a hot shower. By the way, we stayed in several tents in Merzouga, but this one was the warmest (in winter) and there was a really good water pressure in the shower. Perfect service and very friendly staff, speaking many languages. Special thanks to Youssef! My friend is a professional art photographer and our main goal was to organize an unusual photo shoot. He helped us with everything down to the smallest detail, and was simply always nearby and in touch, which made the stay even more comfortable and helped us to implement the project. Yousef, we couldn’t have done it without you!
