After shopping, we’ll head back to the GAB LAB, our modern test kitchen and dining room. First, dive into a fun Sangria-making class. Learn the secrets behind Spain's favorite drink as you mix and sip. Then, taste some seasonal tapas, bursting with flavor. Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella class. Discover the history and techniques behind this famous dish. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal with your new friends and family. To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen. This was such a fun experience. We had a great time cooking, socializing and eating. This is one of the best paellas that I have ever had. The market was great and our chef was amazing.

What a fantastic time spent with Gabriel. We made a beautiful paella and almond cake. Had some tapas and sangria. Gabriel passed on plenty of knowledge. The market tour is worth it and best of all it is hands on.

This is a 3 hour experience packed with learning, laughter, and sharing! The market trip was helpful in educating on the ways to identify and select fresh seafood. I now know how to cook calamari so it is not "rubberband" chewy. In addition to making Sangria, paella, and dessert, we learned fun facts about the region and culture. Everyone was included in the preparations! This is one of my trip's highlights.

Maria was simply FANTASTIC!! She took us thru the market, told us how to buy seafood and then took us thru making the paella. So informative, so much fun and she rolled with the punches! Especially with our rowdy bunch!
