Overview

This sunset bike tour is about discovering and exploring some of Vallarta best night time taco stands while enjoying mezcal, racilla, tequila cocktails and local beers. This tour will give you a glimpse of local life while discovering new hidden favorites. The tour will go past some of the most iconic PV landmarks on the way to some of most popular taco stands and favorite bars. Food tasting will include asada tacos, marlin tacos, elote with pork belly, pastor, churros and tejuino. Besides our 5 food tastings we will go to one of the best mezcal bars for craft mezcal cocktail and mezcal tasting, local brewery, and a racilla cocktail in a famous speakeasy lounge. While alcohol will be served at 3 locations, your safety is important to us. Drink portions are moderate size and spread out equalling 3 drinks over the course of 3 hours. Taste why UNESCO added Mexican cuisine to its lists of the world’s “intangible cultural heritage”.

Gio was our guide. His personality was perfect for this tour! He was humorous, very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and had a GREAT smile! The food was AMAZING and the rides in between each spot was perfect! Gio taught us how to properly taste tequila and gave an overview of its history as well as some Mexican history in general. We had a stop at a beer brewery so I had a very dark strawberry imperial stout that was like desert. Yum! I’m not usually A margarita fan, but the two that we had were simply delicious and so refreshing! The bikes were so comfortable and easy to ride And the views Along the ocean were amazing. I highly recommend this tour!

The food were great, drinks were excellent. The bike ride was a great way to see the city, locals, boardwalk. Gio was so knowledgeable and enjoyed him so much.

Great cocktails and the best tacos in Puerto Vallarta

We did the tequila and tacos sunset and had the best food we’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. It ended up just being my husband and me as the only tour goers with Gio as our tour guide. He was awesome and made sure that my husband, who is gluten free, could eat all the tacos we had. Gio was so knowledgeable about the food, drinks, and history. I wish we had done this tour earlier in our trip so we knew all the spots to hit! I would definitely recommend!
