Perfect bike tour.

Great tour "The Princes of Bassa", Davide was awesome! Our tour exactly as stated- "visit Parmigiano Reggiano cheesefactory, see all the production chain and the different rooms with storage. We ride in the countryside on low traffic roads and we stop in a small village to visit, before, the Culatello of Zibello's cellar and restaurant." I rode a nice Ebike, and my daughter a normal bike. The day was expected to be rainy, but Davide was in contact in case we wanted to cancel or alter the plans. Weather turned out drier than expected. Pretty flat 40 km was not too strenuous, but a good ride with hardly any cars. Starts in the city mostly on bike path. Davide speaks excellent English and has many insights into the cheese and meat production, and Parma in general. The cheese storage is just how you image, thousands of wheels of cheese. If you like to bike and want to see a few genuine sights along the way this is it.

Fun bike tour to parmigiano factory

We did the 20 km ride in October; we are not cyclist so we were a little nervous. It was a nice ride and we felt safe. Davide was a great host. Very knowledgeable. He speaks English very well. Fascinating to learn and observe the process of how parmigiano is made. Also, enjoyed the prosciutto tasting part as well. Would highly recommend this.

Nice bicycle tour outside Parma

We did 20 km tour in October, 2024. Weather and the countryside were beautiful. Davide was a great host. He did a great job leading us on the bikes; we felt safe. At the sites where we stopped we found him warm, personable and knowledgeable. He studied gastronomy in college. His English was very good. Fascinating to see Parmigiano being made. Even better tasting it as well as the prosciutto. We would definitely do another tour with him. Grazie Davide!

Wonderful tour through city and to countryside. Our guide David was kind, safe and excellent English. Great tour of cheese factory and delicious lunch.
