This was fascinating. Pietro clearly has a true love of his region and a true pride in the tradition of Parmegiano Reggiano. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the high standards that make this food so special.

Both us and our kids (8 & 11) loved it. We were a small group which is always good while visiting such places. We could observe (sometimes touch) everything from a close distance. Very informative. The tasting at the end was a nice touch, I admit :)

Loris explained everything very well. Learned a lot about the process. Could watch part of the production, as well as the salt bath and the storage. Got two different ages to taste and a sip of wine. Still a bit too expensive

Loris, our guide, did an excellent job in explaining everything about the process of making Parmiggiano and Prosciutto (did both tours) - from start to the finished product. Great to see the cheesemakers working and how much effort is put into every single piece/wheel og cheese/prosciutto. Great day out in the country - tastings are generous. Loris by the way spoke English very well!! Thanks, I had a lovely time.
