Taman Ayun Temple literally translates as ābeautiful gardenā and is generally regarded as one of the most attractive temples in Bali. The Taman Ayun temple is situated in a beautiful park with trees and ponds near the village of Mengwi in the south of Bali, about 8 km southwest of Ubud and 18 km northwest of Denpasar. Pura Taman Ayun was built in 1634 by the Raja of Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu. It is a so-called Pura Kawiten, or family temple, a special temple where the deified ancestors of the Raja Dynasty of Mengwi and important gods of other temples are honored.

Tanah Lot Temple means "Land [in the] Sea" in the Balinese language. Located in Tabanan, about 20 kilometers (12 mi) from Denpasar, the temple sits on a large offshore rock that has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. The Tanah Lot temple was built and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast. Each of the sea temples was established within eyesight of the next to form a chain along the south-western coast. In addition to Balinese mythology, the temple was significantly influenced by Hinduism.

I visited Tanah Lot and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Located on the southwest coast of Bali, it offers the most beautiful sunset views. Reaching the temple may be a bit difficult during low tide as the path is rocky and uneven but overall, Tanah Lot is a must-visit while on vacation to Bali. In this place, one can find a magical blend of nature, culture, and history. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!
Very pleasant tour of the Temples with Nyoman

What an excellent tour to the temples. Nyoman was very easy to be around, took his time at each place and guided us to the best spots for photos. Especially loved Tanah Lot at sunset as the sky was perfect. You can't go wrong with Nyoman as your guide/driver and highly recommend.

Nik was a fantastic tour guide and very knowledgeable about Baliās history and culture. Iāve been to Bali many times and still learned a lot from Nik. Also a very chill tour done at oneās own pace. Getting from one place to another with Bali traffic can be frustrating but thatās just part of the Bali experience.
