Itinerary

Paella originated in Valencia and this is a unique opportunity to explore traditional Spanish culture and cuisine through a private, online paella cooking class with a fun Spanish native, born in Valencia. Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Juan. You are encouraged to cook alongside Juan and will be able to ask him any questions as you prepare your delicious Valencian paella. Your host is flexible with time so if you have a different time-slot you prefer, please inform us when making your booking.

Great virtual paella class

Even with the class virtual the host was able to see the cooking process and give tips and help us learn how to make authentic paella that turned out great!

A fun morning cooking with Juan

One of the best hour or so spent while in shelter. The Paella was delicious and easy to make. Jaun was very easy to spend time cooking with and a great coach.

Excellent experience learning to cook paella and the history behind the dish. Chef Juan was lovely and we had a great conversation while cooking. This experience was conducted via Zoom.
