Despite being a nightmare to get to from Barcelona ( due to miscommunication and not speaking much Spanish .)
This park really is incredible.
The park has different zones which are world themed such as china , western,Mediterranean,Polynesia, sesame street, and Mexico .
I have been here three times and the last time was last week.
Due to floods and weather recently the park had been closed but on the day we went there it was reopen. We went to the guest services area to get our ride access passes as my group all had disabilities.
Upon enterance the park was pretty quiet and there was at most 10 - 20 mins queues however we didnāt need to queue because of our passes for attractions which is practically unheard of at a theme park as big as portaventura . There were a few rides under maintenance such as stampida the wooden rollercoaster and a water log flume ride which was unfortunate but there was still plenty of things to do.
I got to try out the uncharted ride which is quite new to the park and I loved it. It has so many elements of surprises including random speed boosts, going backwards and side to sides and also cool video and sound effects and amazing lighting! It was also very smooth which is good!
My favourite ride is Shamballa which is a huge roller coaster that goes fast and has massive drops .
All the rides are great but my least favourite is furious baco as itās the most uncomfortable ride , itās not smooth and the inversions are painful but I know to avoid it now.ovwrall i loved my trip and despite the slight negatives I had an amazing time and there is something for everyone which is why I would still rate it 5/5 stars!
