Excellent water park, BUT, ONLY if you have Express Pass if you are wanting to go on any of the big flume rides. Lots of various things to do for all ages. A few infant areas both indoor and outdoor with slides that will cater to all ages. The park is impressive and nicely themed and finished to a high standard, it feels like the Water parks in Orlando, Florida and that’s a big compliment trust me. Best to arrive early and get a sun lounger in an area close by. My top tip is near El Torrente as there’s Big slides, toilets, eating places, ice cream and kids slides all within less than a minute.
First things first, this review is based on visiting in mid-August, busy high season so we payed an extra €30 per person for Express Pass which gives you unlimited express for 6 of the biggest rides here. customer service desk will give you a plastic wristband which they scan at each Express entrance you go to. It was well worth it, we did all of those at least 2 times each. The normal (non-express) queue was insaaaane. We saw the same group of people waiting over an hour just to get an inflatable for Barracuda, then another hour to go up the stairs to the ride itself! So so glad we went for Express, the time saved was incredible both for collecting an inflatable/mat and then again for getting on the slide itself.
It’s very safe, very clean with lifeguards everywhere who are strict for a reason. They will whistle very promptly if they see people wearing sunglasses in the water. They don’t want broken glass or plastic floating around the pools, good move! We didn’t bother hiring a locker, our bag and stuff were perfectly safe on the sun lounger.
I would also advise you buy a waterproof phone cover before you come here, as they don’t let you hold or use your phone if you are standing in the wave or other pool areas.
So overall, fantastic water park that me and my 9 year old daughter loved, buy the Express pass and have lots of fun!
