The ticket will allow you to visit Palazzo Vecchio without long waiting lines. For this attraction you can choose from the following options: - Skip-the-line entrance ticket to the Palazzo Vecchio Museum - Skip-the-line entrance ticket for the Arnolfo Tower - Combined priority entrance ticket, Museum + Arnolfo Tower. Inside you can visit the Government Rooms of the Republic, the private rooms of the Granducale family, renovated and embellished by the architect and chronicler Giorgio Vasari, who was liked by the Grand Duke. The main attraction of the Palace is the Salone dei 500, entirely frescoed by Giorgio Vasari, as well as the rooms and apartments of the Grand Duchess Eleonora of Toledo. Enjoy one of the best views of the city on the terrace located at the rear of the palace and end your visit in the rooms where the ancient Florentine Republic met (Sala dei Gigli, Sala delle Maps Geographical, Hall of the last Chancellor of the Republic).

    Come and visit Florence and its history, taking a dip in the history of this city and going back many centuries. The ticket will allow you to visit Palazzo Vecchio, which was built from the end of the 1200s and was the second seat of the Florentine Republic. In 1500, following the political rise of the Medici family, who became lords and masters of Florence, the Palazzo became the residence of Grand Duke Cosimo I de Medici. Finally, in 1800 following the unity of Italy and during the period of Florence the capital, it also became the seat of Parliament. Inside you can visit the Government Halls of the Republic and the private rooms of the Granducale family renovated and embellished by the architect and chronicler Giorgio Vasari, appreciated by the Grand Duke. The main attraction of the Palazzo is the Salone dei 500, entirely frescoed by Giorgio Vasari, as well as the halls and apartments of the Grand Duchess Eleonora di Toledo. Enjoy one of the best views of the city on the terrace located at the back of the Palace and end the visit in the Rooms where the ancient Florentine Republic used to meet (Sala dei Gigli, Hall of the Geographical Maps, Room of the last Chancellor of the Republic. Today the Palace is also the seat of the Municipality of Florence and for a century now it is known as Palazzo Vecchio due to its past.

This skip-the-line ticket was well worth the cost as the line to get into the palazzo was very long a a humid, drizzly day. Would def. do again.

Very quick to get into the Palazzo. Definitely a ‘skip the view’ that lived up to its name! The Palazzo was beautiful and I really recommend it. There was a small hiccup as the palazzo was closed for a private event on the day we booked, but the tour company rearranged us very quickly and efficiently.

A must see.

Efficient exchange of voucher for tickets. The Palazzo was spectacular but there are a lot of stairs, be prepared. Crowds make the smaller galleries difficult and quite warm.

For anyone interested in history, this is a must visit location. The Medici family had unbelievable impact and much of their history is here. There is also remarkable architecture and engineering involved in the building of the palace and the artwork it contains from friezes to sculptures to frescos and more are really impressive and beautiful. We had an unguided tour and would go again with a guide if we had more time. A MUST DO in Florence!

It was really nice to not have to wait in the long line. Definitely worth purchasing the skip the line tickets, especially since we were travelling with our son and it was very hot outside.
