We had a small issue with our booking. Even with that they went above and beyond to correct the issue and get us on the balloon as promised.

Wonderful once in a lifetime romantic experience with my beautiful wife. Clear skies with a slight crispness in the air. Perfect sunrise over the horizon. Breathtaking and peaceful panoramic flight over the castle and cathedral. The team was very friendly. The transportation driver picked us up on time. It's a good thing we bought the balloon flight with transportation included; Segovia was an hour drive from Madrid. Very pleased with the trip.

Our tour guide/pilot took us over the beautiful town of Segovia for a closeup view of the castle and cathedral and also high up over the surrounding scenery, which was a gorgeous. peaceful ride. The cava and meat and cheese plates were also a nice treat after in the field with new friends we met on our side of the balloon. Will be one of our favorite memories of our time in Spain!

Wonderful flight. Our captain Nix was fantastic. Beautiful views of Segovia and the Alcazar and surrounding villages. We also got to see wild boar and deer, many hares and rabbits.
