We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. If a ... guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. Enter the San Juan Bay Marina gates. Turn left, drive through the parking lot until you cross a blue gate. Meet a guarded gate and state your name and that you are meeting with the tour. Park your vehicle in any of the available spots. Meet us at the rest area next to the boarding green gate.

This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.

Amazing tour! We were picked up at our hotel and quickly got to the marina where we sailed away. The tour had a bit of history in the first 10 minutes after we sailed then we had our snack which was very good! On our way back we enjoyed music. Our guide was awesome and the crew was great as well!

I came to San Juan as a solo woman traveler for my birthday. The crew for my Sunset harbor trip was so amazing! Angel, Miguel, and Rafael were entertaining, providing facts and history on Puerto Rico along with a ton of laughs. They took good care of everyone on our trip, and as my first adventure in San Juan, made me feel welcome and special. I would do this tour again, and recommend it to any solo traveler. You will feel welcome and the crew will ensure that you have a great time! Thanks for the wonderful welcome to San Juan!!
