In a 2-hour session, WSET and JSS certified sake sommeliers will take you on a curated journey through the world of modern sake. Experience sake in an upscale private tasting room while learning about tasting and flavor components, indulging in flavor differences from various brewing techniques, exploring different drinking vessels, infusing paired spices, and more. Excellent evening tasting many different Sake’s with plenty of refills. Also had the opportunity to try a few rare/seasonal Sake’s that you couldn’t buy in the shops. Great experience for the newbie or the experienced. I was travelling on business, so joined as a solo traveller, but we had a fun and friendly group and two amazing hosts, so did not feel forced or awkward at any time. I would highly recommend!!
