Your private sailing charter will offer you a unique and scenic perspective of Vancouver Harbour and its surrounding inlets. Contagious is an Oceanis 46.1 and has all the features of a large cruising Yacht with a rare balance between elegance, usable space and performance. Contagious is easy to sail and pleasantly comfortable.

Bayshore West Marina is at the end of Denman Street with ample parking.

Itinerary

  • Stanley Park (Pass By)

    Enjoy the scenic views of Stanley Park. A 405 hectare public park on the northwestern half of Vancouver’s downtown Peninsula, surrounded by waters of Burrard Inlet and English Bay.

  • Lions Gate Bridge (Pass By)

    Depending on weather, we will sail under the Lions Gate Bridge. A suspension bridge that crosses the first narrows of Burrard Inlet and connects the city of Vancouver to the North Shore municipalities.

  • Vancouver Coast and Mountains (Pass By)

    You will have gorgeous views of the North Shore mountains

  • False Creek (Pass By)

    Weather depending, you will enjoy a little tour of False Creek. False Creek is a short narrow inlet in the heart of Vancouver, separating the Downtown and West End neighborhood from the rest of the city.

  • Deep Cove (Pass By)

    Weather depending, we will cruise to the little town of Deep Cove located at the foot of Mount Seymour and fronting onto Indian Arm which is a branch of Burrard Inlet.

  • English Bay (Pass By)

    English Bay encompasses the coasts of Stanley Park, the West End, Kitsilano and the University Endowment Lands. It makes up the Southeastern portion of the outer Burrard Inlet.

I do not have enough words to express how amazing of a time that our friends and us had on Contagious. The staff were friendly and always on point to our needs. Declan was an amazing captain and was well informed which my husbands and his friends loved as they were very interested in learning about sailing. This will be a trip that we will talk about for years to come. We even thought about booking round two the next day, it was that fun.
