Maria did a great job explaining the different rums and pairings. She was thorough during the tour and answered all of our questions. She was lovely.

We had the absolute best time at the Casa Bacardi tour, and what made it truly unforgettable was having Itsy as our tour guide! From the moment we arrived, the energy was high, the drinks were cold, and the vibe was pure Caribbean fun. Itsy brought the perfect mix of humor, passion, and deep knowledge about Bacardi’s rich history. She made everything from the origins of the brand to the art of crafting the perfect cocktail with the tastings we tried super engaging. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does and that made all the difference. The welcome cocktail was a refreshing touch to kick off the tour, and getting to explore the, historic grounds, and taste the craftsmanship that goes into each bottle. But honestly, it was Itsy’s storytelling that really brought the whole experience to life. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico and looking for a unique, fun, and flavorful way to spend a couple of hours, don’t miss this tour and ask for Itsy if you can. She’s a star and made our Bacardi experience one we’ll be raving about for a long time!

Great experience at Casa Bacardi! Valerie was a wonderful tour/tasting guide. Her energy is contagious and her passion for her work is evident in her knowledge of the distillery. I was so impressed by how sustainable Casa Bacardi operates. Highly recommended fun and educational experience in PR!

Needed more chocolate

The experience included a drink to start, which was nice. The guy was knowledgeable. The grounds were beautiful. Our only complaint is that it’s called a chocolate pairing, and we only got one piece of chocolate.
