Overview

The trip includes a visit to the infamous bridge on the River Kwai, built by Allied prisoners of war (POW) during World War II. It includes a visit to a war cemetery containing the graves of an estimated 9,000 Allied soldiers who died while building the bridge and constructing the notorious -Death Railway-. At the JEATH Museum, guests will see a replica of a Japanese POW camp, followed by a train journey along a stunning stretch of the -Death Railway-. An Memorable Tour

Mrs. Oh and Mr. Sanae are the most wonderful, kind, and sweet tour guides I’ve ever met and was honored to be in their presence. Mrs. Oh have that motherly warm vibe that made this tour all the more better. They made this feel more than just a tour, but family spending time with each other. Mrs. Oh and Mr. Sanae will give you a time that you won’t forget.

History of the railway

A good trip to learn the history of the railway that goes from Thailand to Myanmar. The guide was alright, the transport was good even though it takes a long time to get there from Bangkok. They also tried to pick up everyone at their hotels, which was not very clear when communicating with the organiser.

Our tour guide was Rache. Extremely professional and efficient. Explained history and significance of each location with great detail and enthusiasm. Even had my wife who hates history hooked. Mane modes of transportation covered. Would recommend the long boat commute to end of the Kwae bridge to round off the whole experience.

We had a great day on this tour. Rach was a great guide and got us to see all the sites. He also provided the history behind this tour which made it more relevant. Everything was just great on this trip for us. I would highly recommend this tour.
