An experience of a lifetime walking the shallow waters in underground caves with crystal clear waters. Rio Secreto Tour Company have this tour nailed down with their organization, great services and setup with wet suits, canes, helmets, river shoes. Trust me its expensive but its worth the expense. Their camera person follows you to the caves for pictures. Employees and guides work hard to make it another feather in Cancun's cap. Our guide Ambar Marina was very knowledgeable , highly qualified and excellent with answers to questions way out of base. Shoutout to her and the other employees who work this tour. Looking forward to more from this company. Only thing they can improve is lunch place after the Rio Secreto tour can be slightly neater, nicer and better seating. Tulum was nice but just a shade in front of Rio Secreto.

Fernando w/Rio Secreto was absolutely a fantastic guide. He was well knowledges in the caves and at Tulum. Was able to answer all and any questions. We felt safe always. My 10 year old was nervous at first but Fernando reassured him everything would be okay. Hector was also great, our photographer, and got really good pics of us! We had a group of 4 people and enjoyed the smaller group, we got lucky with this as we were supposed to have a larger group. Overall I’d recommend Fernando for this tour and this company in general!

We journeyed underground and into ancient ruins. Tainara was our outstanding guide. Excellent day. Highly recommend.

Our guide Fernando was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable. Rio Secreto was stunning. Definitely a workout. Be ready for difficult terrain and coldish water ~71 degrees. Even with a wet suit If you get cold easily having a long sleeve swim shirt will help. And definitely take the walking stick! Also Tulum doesn’t allow disposable plastic water bottles in the historic park so be sure to bring a reusable bottle.

This excursion was excellent. Our tour guide Tainara made it even better - she was diligent with us in the caves, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. Would highly recommend Rio Secreto and Tainara!!
