Savannah was an excellent guide! We had a small group. Pick up was right on time as well as drop off. I read several reviews about long bus rides with multiple drop offs. That was not our experience. We saw so many turtles and beautiful fish during the snorkel. The denote swim was wonderful. The guides were very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience. The pictures were great as well. 100% would recommend!

Great time. Santiago was a fun guide. I'm glad we were pointed to a small reef, so I think that was a nice bonus in addition to the turtles. The cenote was enclosed, so almost like a cave tour but in water. This was welcome because sunscreen is discouraged and I surely would've been burning by this point. Do bring a sun shirt to wear snorkeling, closed toe shoes so you don't need to go barefoot in the cave, and your own snorkel and mask if you have one. Major points to the company for allowing rescheduling at no additional cost. It's a very real possibility you'll get digestive issues during your trip to Mexico, so consider this. We canceled a few minutes before our pickup but were able to rebook the next day. It's an extra $15 for the turtles entrance and I opted to pay the extra $45 for photos (they were really great).

Had such a great time on this tour. The staff were all polite and professional, arrived on time and very knowledgeable of the area. We were picked up from our resort and spent about 2 hours at Akumal beach snorkeling with the turtles. Saw a ton of fish, 8 turtles and 2 stingray. Then took a short ride over to Dos Ojos cenote and was there for 2 hours exploring the cenote. Had a quick empanada lunch and back on the bus. This was a perfect amount of time to take a break from the resort and learn something about the area. It was raining off and on the whole time, but nobody seemed to care. Total time was 5 hours, we were 15 mins from Akumal so last ones on the bus and first ones out. Purchased some beautiful photos they took and received them via email 2 hours after we were dropped off. Great tour, highly recommend!
