If you've never been to San Sebastian, you're in for a treat! This tour is the perfect combination of sight seeing, history, current affairs and best of all - incredible food and wine. The tour guides did an excellent job and really made the experience better than we could have imagined. I can't recommend this tour enough and can't wait to go back!

This is the third time to take John’s wonderful tour! Every time I did enjoy and always took such an amazing memory back home. This time, I and my daughter took 4 kinds of private original tour. First day, John took us very interesting dog breeder’s place to meet very particular dogs and also visited the bee farm together! We love animals and really enjoyed touching very friendly dogs and also very special experience at the bee farm. John always helped us to translate the language and took incredible numbers of photos and movies!! Great fun!! The second tour was with Guillermo, took us very special pintxos tour. He always tried to find not too much touristic and real San Sebastian taste special places. We really had a tasty and memorable evening with him! The third with Juan, took us the very special cheese farmer and also wine tasting. He knew everything very well and always helped us for making our day tour happier!! He also helped me to purchase some wines with online. He actually did make all the arrangement for me. Then the fourth with Kai, took us the very local pinxos tour and for us, all bars were the first time to visit and we felt very relaxed and had a real local tasty food with him! We really thank you for all the staffs and their hospitality. We will definitely be back again and we very look forward to discovering real and local culinary spot with them!!! This was the best day we had in San Sebastián! Our guide, Kai, was amazing. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about the food, wine and history of the area. The food was incredible and Kai kept in mind everyone’s dietary restrictions and adventure eating levels. We left with new friends, full stomach's, and the best memories. Thanks Kai!!!!

Amazing… one of the best food tours I’ve ever done. It was our first night in San Sebastián we had just arrived from NY. Our guide Veronica was incredible!!! She went beyond introducing us to the tastes and flavors of pinxtos. She explained the history, the culture of the region. We learned so much and Veronica is so warm and engaging. She had us sample the most incredible food. It was so worthwhile, so glad we did this.
